One membership is equivalent to 167 sq. yard. All corner plots are of 363 sq.yards.

Payment Schedule:

• Plots for outright purchase only
• Total cost of the plot should be paid within 45 days.
• All corner & 50 ft. road fencing plots @ 200 per Sq. yards extra
• If a plot exceeds the said specification the additional cost should be paid before the registration. The management shall not be responsible for the receipts issued by unauthorized persons.

Allotment of Plot:

If a member wants agreement of sale he/she should pay 50% total cost of plot as booking amount.

Registration

The member is eligible for plot registration only after the completion of full payment of the scheme amount. The registration charges are to be borne by the member.

Development of site:

All roads in this layout are black top roads with electric poles underground drainage, overhead water tank, road-side plantation and footpaths, front beautiful arch with gate, entire layout with barbed-wire fencing, Integrally designed layout as per Vasthu.

Cancelation

If any member commits payment default during the mentioned period, their membership will be automatically canceled without any notice, and in their place another member will be admitted.

Refunds

The defaulted member is not eligible for refund of any amount paid by him/her as the said amount will stand forfeited and, will be appropriated towards the prices, maintenance and establishment charges and the losses that may occur to the scheme due to such default.

In case the manager becomes liable to refund the amount and in case it is found there is no default on the part of the member and if the manager is liable to refund the amount for any reason, 40% of the amount paid by the member will be deducted towards such establishment and maintenance of the project.
